How do you launder the linens?
All sheets and blankets are thoroughly washed for each party using a hypoallergenic laundry detergent. Hard surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant wipes and decorative pillows are cleaned with disinfectant spray. We will be wearing a mask as we enter your home and we will a disinfectant spray on all items before we arrive.
You do not need to clean or wash any equipment before pickup but you are responsible to keep them in a good state during your rental period.
*All sleepover guests must bring their own pillow to the party due to hygiene reasons.
How do I book my sleepover teepee party?
To book your party, simply send us a message through our booking form or call or text us at 949-669-2112 . We will then contact you to confirm availability and theme details. Your party is booked once your deposit is paid and your contract is signed.
What’s included in the price?
We do all the work for you! We deliver, set up and style, and pick up the next day. Check out our Themes page to see what’s included in each package.
DIY parties don’t include delivery and set up.
Booking, payment, and cancelation
Is there a deposit required?
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to set up. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed.
What payment types do you accept?
You can pay using cash, check, Venmo or Square (we accept all major credit cards)
What if I have to cancel or reschedule my sleepover?
If you need to cancel or change the date, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to your event and your deposit will be refunded. If an emergency does occur within the 10 days we will do our best to accommodate a new party date, but it is not guaranteed.
What areas do you deliver to? Is there a travel fee?
We service all of Orange County California There is a travel fee depending on where you live in Orange County of $100. If you want to inquire about a party outside of our local area contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
Set up and pick up
When do you deliver and pick up?
Once your sleepover party is confirmed and booked, we will coordinate with you to set delivery and pick up times. We deliver the day of your event and pick up the next day. Please contact us if you require specific delivery/pick up arrangements.
How long does it take to set up?
A party for 6 takes about an hour to set up and style.
Will you move furniture to make room for the teepees?
We require that the designated area be clean and cleared of furniture before we arrive.
